Your Rights, Our Responsibilities

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ukok" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the ukok online betting and casino platform accessible at ukok.io and its operators, subsidiaries, and affiliates.
• "You" / "User" / "Player" — refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the ukok platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the ukok platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" — refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's ukok account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's account by ukok as part of a promotion or offer.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and address verification process that ukok requires all Players to complete before processing withdrawal requests.
• "Wagering Requirement" — a condition attached to Bonus Funds specifying the total amount a Player must wager before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" — UTC+6, the time zone in which ukok's support team operates and against which all time-sensitive platform events are measured.
• "Services" — all products, features, and functions available through the ukok platform, including cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, W Live streaming, and associated payment and support services.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the ukok Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (each of which is incorporated herein by reference), form the entire legally binding agreement between you and ukok. They govern every interaction you have with the platform from the moment you first access ukok.io.

Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated by any one or more of the following actions:

• Clicking the "I agree to the Terms & Conditions" checkbox during the account registration process.
• Completing the registration form and creating a ukok account.
• Making a deposit of any amount to your ukok account.
• Placing any bet or wagering on any game or sporting event through the platform.
• Continuing to use the platform after being notified that these Terms have been updated.

ukok reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. All amendments take effect immediately upon publication at ukok.io/terms-conditions unless a later effective date is stated.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the ukok platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ukok operates a strict 21+ only policy across all of its Services. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and any winnings generated during the underage period will be forfeited.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into this agreement.
• Account Limit: You must not already hold an active ukok account. Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one account on the ukok platform at any time. Operating multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or a cooling-off period that you previously requested through the ukok Responsible Gaming tools.
• Employee Restriction: You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of ukok or any of its technology, gaming, or payment partners where such a relationship would give you access to non-public information that could constitute an unfair advantage.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of ukok Services, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile telephone number, and a valid email address.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide during registration and at all times thereafter. ukok is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information submitted by you. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

4.2 KYC Verification

ukok applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to all accounts before processing withdrawal requests and in certain other circumstances at ukok's discretion. KYC verification requires you to submit government-issued identification (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method ownership. Documents must be submitted in clear, legible digital format. ukok reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion.

4.3 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ukok account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ukok strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available from your account security settings after login.

You must notify ukok immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, a compromised password, or any other security incident. ukok will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where you failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials or failed to report a known compromise promptly.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ukok currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladesh-local payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at ukok's sole discretion. The current list of active payment methods is always displayed in the cashier section of the platform.

5.2 Deposits

All deposits to ukok accounts are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by ukok, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your account in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. ukok does not charge any fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. For KYC-verified accounts, the average withdrawal processing time to bKash and Nagad is 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

ukok reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal where the total withdrawal amount is unusually large, where account activity patterns appear inconsistent with normal use, or where KYC verification has not yet been completed. All withdrawal requests are subject to standard anti-money laundering (AML) review procedures.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the ukok platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), represented by the ৳ symbol. ukok does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Any deposits made in a foreign currency will be declined by the payment gateway; players must ensure they are transacting in BDT at all times.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, ukok offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳20,000 before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal). Until wagering requirements are fully met, Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility & Restrictions

Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged. Only one promotional account per household, IP address, or device is permitted to claim a first-deposit or welcome bonus. ukok reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus at any time if it suspects abuse, technical error, or misuse of the promotional system. Players who are found to have used multiple accounts, VPNs, or other technical means to claim promotions multiple times will have all associated bonuses forfeited and accounts reviewed.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All cricket betting and other sports wagering on ukok is conducted under the specific market rules published within each market on the platform. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute concerning the settlement of a bet, the decision of the ukok trading team is final and binding. ukok reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has started or where the odds were published as a result of a technical error.

7.2 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at ukok's discretion, for example during significant event interruptions, delays, or at the request of a data provider. Any bet accepted during a legitimate live market period will be settled according to the published market rules regardless of subsequent market suspension.

7.3 Casino & Slots

All casino games and slot titles available on the ukok platform are provided by third-party gaming studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The rules of each individual game are governed by the game provider's own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. ukok is not responsible for game malfunctions caused by issues at the provider level; in such cases, affected rounds will be voided and stakes returned.

7.4 Palpable Errors

ukok reserves the right to void and refund any wager that was accepted as a result of a palpable error in odds, game parameters, or market data — including human keying errors, feed errors, or software bugs — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. ukok will use reasonable efforts to identify and correct palpable errors promptly and will notify affected Players via their registered email address.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ukok platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the ukok platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to disguise your true geographic location or to circumvent any platform restriction.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or interfere with the ukok platform, its software, or its data feeds in any manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sports events, or any form of corrupt behaviour in relation to sporting events offered on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage or that places bets without human decision-making.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the ukok platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ukok staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain rather than reporting them responsibly to the ukok security team.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ukok platform — including but not limited to the ukok brand name, logo, domain name, website design, software code, text, graphics, images, audio-visual material, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of ukok or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any platform content; use the ukok brand name or logo in any manner without prior written consent; frame or mirror any page of the platform on any other website or service; or create derivative works based on any platform content.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to ukok regarding the platform may be used by ukok without obligation, compensation, or attribution to you.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ukok's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the platform and these Terms — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ukok expressly excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Platform downtime or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond ukok's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party provider failures.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or your failure to report a known security breach promptly.
• The outcome of any sporting event or casino game, which is inherently uncertain and subject to chance.
• Actions taken by payment providers in connection with processing your deposits or withdrawals.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

ukok collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ukok.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ukok uses your personal data primarily to operate your account, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, fulfil anti-money laundering obligations, and provide customer support. ukok does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment providers, identity verification partners, and fraud detection services solely to the extent necessary to provide the Services.

ukok applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the ukok servers. Your bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, and other mobile banking credentials are never stored by ukok at any point in the payment process.

12 Responsible Gaming

ukok is firmly committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Bangladesh players. Online betting and casino gaming are entertainment activities intended for adults aged 21 and above who can afford to participate without financial or personal harm.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered ukok players directly from the account dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit to your account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period, after which no further bets can be placed until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications that alert you when you have been logged in and active for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account cannot be accessed for any gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and exclude yourself from the ukok platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months and are processed within 24 hours of the request being received by the support team.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your ukok account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

13.2 Suspension or Termination by ukok

ukok reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: a material breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; provision of false registration information; operation of multiple accounts; use of prohibited software or strategies; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or any conduct that ukok reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked immediately. Any pending bets placed before the termination event will be settled in accordance with standard market rules unless the termination is due to fraudulent activity, in which case all pending and settled bets may be voided at ukok's discretion. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of termination are non-refundable in all cases.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ukok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ukok will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players by email or via a prominent in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The revised Terms will be published at ukok.io/terms-conditions with the updated effective date clearly stated.

Your continued use of the ukok platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.1. It remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of contract law and fair dealing. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the ukok platform or these Terms, ukok encourages Players to first attempt informal resolution by contacting the support team at [email protected] with full details of the issue.

ukok aims to acknowledge all formal dispute notifications within 48 hours of receipt and to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration conducted in English before a mutually agreed neutral arbitrator, prior to pursuing any other legal remedy.

Nothing in this clause limits ukok's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or to prevent prohibited conduct described in Section 8 of these Terms.
